We are the operators and webmaster of the Online Casino website and its virtual game content and services, permitted to do so under the laws of the Republic of Ghana and under the regulations set forth under the Gaming Act by means of a virtual gaming license issued by the Gaming Commission of Ghana. Our operating company is MG [GH] Limited, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Ghana, incorporated in Ghana under company registration number CA-72,614 with post mail address at PO Box 5593, Kaneshie, Accra and for easy identification purposes hereafter referred to as Online Casino.
We refer to the player as a person who, for his/her own private use only, has completed the entire registration procedure which was subsequently approved by the Gaming Commission. All other parties whose application was not complete or not endorsed by the Gaming Commission can never make any claims of winnings and refunds whatsoever because of the entirely free use of our services and therefore the absence of actual bets or stakes.
In case any elements are missing in the Online Casino's General Conditions or Legal Notices, those will be considered compliant with Ghanaian jurisprudence or in the absence thereof, with common sense. The Online Casino reserves the right to change its conditions without advance notice. The Online Casino commits itself to notify important changes by e-mail or in the “What’s new?” section.
When creating his/her account, the player gives the Online Casino permission to govern this foretold account and all resulting bets, wins and payouts and mandates the Online Casino to perform all necessary financial transaction to this effect. The Online Casino will make an overview of all financial transactions available to the player at all times.
Claims made by players will be limited to the rectification of the incorrectly processed financial transaction or the verifiable loss of stake or winnings due to a started or incorrectly terminated game for which an actual bet has occurred. A compensation can never exceed the original amount of the incorrect financial transaction, lost bet or maximum win of a game to be added to the account’s initial value at that time.
In case a player does not agree with the results of any financial transaction performed or game played, or if any result is not in compliance with Ghanaian legislation or the Online Casino's internal policy, the dispute must first be communicated to the Online Casino following the proper procedure : no third party intervention may be called upon by the player until the Online Casino has been given the opportunity to investigate and propose a solution to the problem or compensation for any sustained losses, for which a period of 5 (five) days will be allowed. Full compensation for sustained losses will void any other claim or procedure, legal or otherwise. Only the courts of Accra, Ghana will be deemed competent.
The Online Casino reserves the right to exclude any player without having to present an explanation. In case the Online Casino decides to do so, the balance of the account will be reimbursed unless the balance is the result of fraud, by means abnormal use, irregular game play or manipulation of the Online Casino’s software or data transfer.
